Before/After - Augmentation Mastopexy

The patient is a 29year old female that presented to Dr. Silverman’s office in Poughkeepsie, New York with complaints of sagging breasts and wanting more volume in breast. She underwent a bilateral augmentation mastopexy. The implants that were used were saline 300cc on the right side and 350cc on the left side. Her current bra size is 36F. She is very happy with her appearance.
