Theresa Morris

Office Manager CPC

Theresa serves as the Office Manager at New Beginnings Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, where she oversees office operations, supervises staff, and manages daily tasks. In addition, Theresa is in charge of health insurance and medical billing requirements. Bringing over 20 years of experience in Management, Medical Coding, and Billing, Theresa joined our team in October 2015. She finds joy in interacting with patients and witnessing their transformative journey towards achieving aesthetic and reconstructive goals at New Beginnings Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.

Our team operates like a close-knit family, emphasizing compassion and dedication to create an optimal work environment.

Theresa's guiding principle is to "treat patients as you would like to be treated yourself."

During her free time, you can often find her at the barn with her horse or participating in horse shows.

Abigail Copeland

Licensed Esthetician

Abigail (Abby) joined our team in July of 2023. Previously Abby has worked in Dermatology as a medical assistant for two years and an esthetician for 11 years. Her two passions have always been medicine and beauty as she also obtained her cosmetology license in 2012. 

In these fields her drive is to build confident individuals because of education and corrective treatments. She takes joy in the art behind providing customized, result driven care to her clients. Abby has a keen eye in her attention to detail which results in a happy client. 



While not at work, Abby loves spending time with her husband, kids, and friends and family most. She also loves health and wellness which includes hikes and any outdoor activities.

Jodi Swart

Administrative Assistant

Jodi comes to us with 25 years of experience in the medical field. As our Administrative Assistant, she will be responsible for making sure that your experience with the appointment process is seamless and will answer any questions that you may have prior to coming into the office. She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about helping our patients.

She brings with her an extensive background in the medical field, including plastic surgery, hospital collections and gastroenterology. She is excited to bring these experiences and enthusiasm to the team at New Beginnings Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

In addition to her duties as the Administrative Assistant, Jodi is also active in her community, where she is a volunteer at her local fire department. When she is not in the office or volunteering her time, she can be found at the campground enjoying the outdoors or spending time with her two grandchildren.
